Fashion Retailer moves stock control online and goes E-Commerce...
Zero-World.com is a fashion retailer which started trading in 2004. Starting out as just a single outlet,
the company had big ambitions to shake up the stagnant fashion retail market. Their aim was to bring big-name
brands to small-time towns and lessen the dependency on crowded, big-city shopping centres and malls.
We were with Zero-World.com right from the start and we gave them the full brand identity treatment
to get them started. This covered everything from designing their logo through to point-of-sale, signage,
flyers and a basic website.
E-Commerce was always going to be part of Zero-World.com's strategy and naturally it was Nicevoo who
finally put this in place. With an exhaustive list of requirements and after finding off-the-shelf
e-commerce packages too generic, restrictive or just plain ugly - we set about building one from scratch.
This allowed employees to add and manage stock for their online and high-street stores quickly and easily.
We launched their original e-commerce website in August 2006 along with a Google Adwords campaign and a
door-to-door flyer campaign in local towns. The results were staggering and Zero-World.com saw turnover
increase by 30% literally overnight!
After this success, Zero-World.com went on to open a second shop and has plans for further stores over the
next few years.
After this success, Zero-World.com went on to open a second shop and has plans for further stores over the
next few years. We are working with them to continuously modify their stock control system so that they can
manage the increase in business.
And finally, we are proud to announce the relaunch of the Zero-World.com website this year. It features a
fresh new design and we've concentrated on making the site even more user-friendly. We're currently tracking
these improvements through Google's Analytics website tracking and analysis software with the aim to increase
the conversion rate (the number of people who click on a Google Adword and then go on to buy).
